Shipment Processing Time

We make every effort to ensure that your shipment is processed and dispatched as soon as possible. We are a small operation, but we are committed to ensuring that shipments are sent out in a timely manner after order placement.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We use the major carriers and calculate rates based on the carrier and service level selected. For some products, we are able to offer free shipping to our customers. Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee depending on the level of service requested.

Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

At this time, we do support shipping to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

Shipment confirmations and order tracking services are available through Shopify. If an alternate method or carrier is used, that information may not be readily available, but you can contact us at mail@tldrpharmacy.com to request the latest information available.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

While we collect taxes where applicable, we absorb the cost of the tax as part of the product price. That way, you pay what you see without any hidden fees. In cases where a faster shipping option was selected, certain jurisdictions require collection of taxes on shipping costs, so you may see additional taxes charged.
