NOTE: The Board of Pharmacy in Vermont has waived the MPJE requirement for pharmacist licensure pending publication of new Board's Administrative Rules. No emergency order or rules were specified in the announcement on the board website, but publications indicate that the requirement will be removed in the future. As a result, this product will be purely for reference as a great resource for checking common questions and must-knows in pharmacy law until the rules are clarified and/or the requirement is reinstated.
